Once per day you can cast a spell silently without special preparation.

Sudden Quicken (MH) ,
Benefit
Once per day, you may apply the Silent Spell feat to any spell you cast, without increasing the level of the spell or specially preparing it ahead of time. You may still use the Silent Spell feat normally, if you have it.
